The Ontario Aerospace Council and Ontario Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, International Trade Branch are working together to present Ontario and the Ontario aerospace industry to the world at

NBAA 2010

NBAA is the business aviation industry’s largest and most efficient annual gathering of buyers and sellers, offering the opportunity of direct side by side comparisons for nearly every product and service available. It is also the industry’s leading venue for new product announcements.

To facilitate participation in this event by Ontario based SME’s, a 30’ x 30’ island space has been secured. The display will focus on promoting Ontario as an excellent source of products and services as well as a prime location for growth and expansion in the aerospace / aviation industry.

Ontario Aerospace Pavilion Participation Cost:

  • Exhibit space: Cdn $2,200.00
  • Printing of New Graphic Panels Cdn $200.00 if 2009 not available/reusable)
  • NBAA Membership (membership fee varies - based on annual revenue)*

Participants in the Ontario Showcase receive: 

  • Individual satellite exhibit display (5 feet wide) with cupboard, countertop for product /  laptop, electricity, area for re-usable graphics panel approximately 2.5’ x 4’ and logo/header sign.  Note: specs for camera-ready artwork will be provided.
  • Graphic panels may be taken at the end of the show.
  • Reception area with staff available to connect you with your potential customers
  • Corporate profile entry in Ontario Aerospace Pavilion Rack Card Directory
  • Canadian Networking Reception (Proposed)
  • Optional: entry of corporate profile in Official NBAA Exhibitor Directory (US $300.00) if registered by July 12.

 

* NBAA membership is mandatory for all exhibitors and a condition of participation in the Ontario Pavilion. NBAA will levy a charge of $2,395.00 per exhibitor for non- members.
